The Final Generation of Human-Led Workforces
Alright, here we begin. Front page, Wall Street Journal, major article. Say hello to your new colleague, the AI agent. Well, that doesn’t sound too threatening, but what it states, now remember, Wall Street Journal is a publication for business people, executives. It states, “Today’s CEOs are the final generation of executives who will lead exclusively human workforces.” So, here’s the key word, human workforce. What this is telling you is that there will be no more human workforces.

The Rise of AI Agent Workforces
There’s going to be AI agent workforces. So no matter what your job is, at some point that will not be a human workforce job. That will be an AI job. And when that happens, you have to figure well what’s going to happen to the humans that performed that job, do they not work? Do they not have money? Do they not have employment? What happens to your career.

Current Budget Cuts and Job Elimination
And some of this is already happening today. A lot of these budget cuts and Doge and these things that are cutting money from different budgets are intended to get rid of jobs that they don’t think are needed. Whether that’s right or wrong, that’s not the issue. The issue is that’s what they’re doing. So, be aware that every single job is at risk.

Hope for Human Survivors in the AI Era
CEOs are the final generation of executives who will lead exclusively human workforces. Now, there’s some hope in here. Exclusively human. There may be a few humans still required to manage the AI agents. You want to be one of them. You want to know how AI works. You want to make sure that you’re the last one standing so your career lasts as long as possible.
